Our accommodation, newly refurbished, is situated centrally in Kirkwall and  only a few mins walk from local amenities, restaurants, and historical sites, including St Magnus Cathedral. We are ideally situated for visitors wishing to access bus routes and tours, and our inter island ferry services.

The accommodation consists of lounge, kitchen/dining area, toilet and cloak rooms downstairs. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and bath/shower room. 

Outdoors there is a garden patio, drying area, a shed for storing equipment and outdoor clothes etc.

No smoking or pets allowed.  Open all year.
