Charges include electricity, bed linen, towels, cleaning products, general toiletries, and a Welcome Pack. Our welcome pack provides you with local produce enabling you make refreshments and a snack on you first day of arrival. By arrangement we can do additional shopping.
Daily cleaning can be provided at an additional charge.
Personal equipment and accessories must be covered by customers own insurance cover. Customers are liable for any damage caused to the property including the contents.

Reservations Reservations must be made by individuals of 18 years and over. The property should not be sub-let without the agreement of the owner.
Reservations are confirmed by sending a 30% non-refundable deposit to 9 Scapa Crescent, Kirkwall, Orkney, KW15 1RL. The balance should be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations Up to 4 weeks before arrival – 50% refunds 2 to 4 weeks before arrival - 30%
Fees may be transferred to an alternative booking provided the original booking date can be taken up by alternative customers.
Arrivals & Departures The property will be ready for you by 2.30pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on your departure day. Alternative times may be arranged, if possible. |
